The problem:
The customer was experiencing a major problem on Instagram, as their access to Instagram and the Ad Account they owned were terminated. His professional Instagram profile received multiple reports resulting in Instagram disabling it.
The solution:
We tried to recover the lost page and access to the existing profile, but the profile was completely deleted from Instagram.So together we created a new Instagram Business Profile, Facebook Business Page, Advertising Account, added an Advertising Payment Method, created a Meta Business Manager, linked the Facebook Business Page to the Instagram Business Profile, and re-granted access to those authorized by the business to manage Social Media. So the business is once again able to manage, create content and advertising campaigns easily and seamlessly for their promotion!

The problem:
The company, due to its object, which is the prediction of the results of football matches, occupies a very special role among the businesses on Facebook, as it is directly connected to gambling, but without being a betting company. Therefore, the business Facebook page and the business Instagram profile are very sensitive to references and their content, which led to the limitation of the page, and the impossibility of creating an Advertising Account by its owner.
The solution:

The problem with Ads:
The customer could not grant access to the Advertising Account to partners, nor could they create advertising campaigns to promote their business, due to restrictions placed on their personal profile.
The solution:
It is impossible to provide restricted members with access to a Business Advertising Account. Therefore, we filled out forms to appeal Facebook’s decision, which we also sent to the Meta Support team, and as a result, after a long process of emails sent documents, account identifications and restoring access, but also removing restrictions, we managed to get access as partners, to proceed with connecting Facebook with Instagram, to update the business details but also grant access to all members of the business for an efficient management experience!
