Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager with experience in team and project coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects, while staying within budget and aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Daily communication with clients and partners
- Prepare project proposals and technical specifications
- Define project timelines and milestones
- Manage our internal team (designers, copywriters, performance experts, etc.)
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
- Report progress to the Director
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, Canva, Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp)
Candidate Profile
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing (optional but preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools
- Strong decision-making skills and initiative
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a creative or advertising agency
