How It All Began
In October 2020, we received a contact form… which was the starting point for one of our most creative advertising journeys. This case will help you discover opportunities too.
We initially arranged a short phone appointment to get to know each other better and then held our first online meeting.
Let’s not forget that at that time – in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic – all business appointments were held by phone or online.
Mr Aris Ramolli trusted us from the very first contact. He shared with us his vision and future plans, asking us to submit our proposal for cooperation.

First impressions are always important – and Aris won us over immediately. He was polite, receptive to our ideas and suggestions, and his approach was professional and dignified.
Although at first we all assumed that this was someone older, we were positively surprised when we realized that this was a very young entrepreneur, with mature thinking, a clear understanding of the market, and a clear vision.
Despite his young age, he knew how to listen, filter, and leave space for his colleagues – without losing the enthusiasm and impulsiveness that characterizes a young person with ambitions.

What was the Challenge?
The basic need of the Epipla Grande was to gain a substantial presence on the internet. The first and crucial step was to build a modern online store, which would serve as a foundation for the promotion and commercial development of the business through the domain epiplagrande.gr.
The goal was clear:
To increase traffic, create a flow of inbound communications and start “ringing the phones” from customers interested in acquiring custom furniture construction, such as corner sofas, beds, tables and other special orders.
The Solution: Shopify & Performance Marketing
To build the e-shop we chose the platform Shopify, as it offers:
- Modern and clean UI/UX design
- Very good browsing speed
- Mobile-friendly user experience
- Economical implementation, ideal for businesses with a limited initial budget
The first steps were steady but relatively slow, with small but gradual increases in traffic.
However, the turning point came when the business also entrusted us with the advertising piece:
With the right performance marketing strategy, the increase in sales was rapid and the brand began to gain more and more momentum in the custom furniture market.
The Results
Within just one year, the business Epipla Grande recorded impressive growth::
It was moved to a larger and more central store, which now also has a fully organized showroom.
The combination of an e-shop and a physical presence played a decisive role in the customer shopping experience. Interested parties were now able to see the products up close, feel their quality and enjoy friendly, human service, which strengthened trust and connection with the brand.
Performance in Numbers
With the help of our advertising efforts on Google and Meta, we managed to attract a large number of potential customers to the eshop, leading to:
- Stable average of 10 online orders per month until 2024
- More than 40 phone calls a day, a number that now required more people to serve.
Upgrade in 2024
2024 was a pivotal year for Epipla Grande, as we proceeded with a comprehensive upgrade of the advertising strategy, aiming to enhance performance and maximize results.
What changed:
📈 Increased advertising budget (ad spend)
We invested more in Google and Meta platforms, focusing on performance-driven campaigns with clear conversion goals.
💳 Introduction of new payment methods
The ability to pay via Klarna (3 interest-free installments) has been added, enhancing convenience and accessibility for the end customer.
🧠 Campaign Reorganization
The advertising architecture was redesigned with more flexible and targeted structures, to better utilize audience data and interests.
Add Video Marketing
One of the most important new elements was the introduction of Video Marketing into our communication strategy.
- Impressive reels with a storytelling structure were created, presenting moments, products and backstage images that strengthened the emotional connection with the brand.
- Product presentation promotional videos were developed, starring either the members of the company themselves or in collaboration with the iMBnet Agency team, creating authentic and relatable content.
The human approach, authenticity and connection with the audience played a catalytic role in the success of video campaigns, enhancing the viewing time, the interaction and finally the sales.
Migrate from Shopify to WooCommerce
As we often say here at IMBnet, the tools and systems exist toserve the goals of a business – not the opposite.
With this in mind, we decided to migrate Epipla Grande’s e-shop from Shopify to WooCommerce, as the existing environment could no longer support the evolving business goals.
The decision was based on multiple criteria:
- Smooth and continuous operation of the site during the transition, without downtime or loss of functionality
- Automatic product entry, without the need for manual transfer
- Maintaining customer lists and sales history, for complete continuity of commercial data
- Integrating new payment & shipping methods, adapted to the needs of the Greek public
- Accessibility for people with disabilities, in accordance with modern regulations and international best practices
- Improved UI/UX, more flexible and adaptable to brand and user experience needs
New Features with WooCommerce
The transition allowed us to incorporate more personalized features, such as:
- Photo Gallery of completed interior design projects (B2B & B2C)
- Landing Pages for special projects and case studies
- Custom SEO adjustments to increase organic traffic
- Expansion of order management system with greater flexibility
Choosing WooCommerce paved the way for us to have a highly customizable and scalable e-commerce environment, capable of supporting Epipla Grande’s next steps with greater autonomy and control.
