Epipla Grande, one of the most recognized Greek companies in the furniture industry, has been active in the field of furniture for 25 years. Based on his many years of experience, he has managed to offer products that combine quality, elegance & price, satisfying the needs of both domestic and professional spaces such as hotels. However, although the brand was well established in the physical space, the online performance of the e-shop did not meet the same level of success. Specifically, the drop in site visits and low conversions were critical issues.
The main objectives of our cooperation were:
1. Increase in total sales and average basket value.
2. Boosting the conversion rate, turning more visitors into customers.
3. Development of social media profiles to strengthen brand awareness.
Our Digital Marketing Strategy
To achieve these goals, we designed and implemented a 360 digital marketing strategy with three main pillars:
1. Digital Advertising Optimization:
– Creation of targeted campaigns in Google Ads and Meta, based on analytical data processing and maximum visibility of the products.
– Implementation of a remarketing strategy to re-approach users with high interest.
– Use of dynamic product ads in Google Ads & Meta Ads focusing on Epipla Grande’s best-selling products.
2. User Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization:

– Upgrade of Epipla Grande’s social media presence, focusing on creative campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
– Creation of engaging video content that strengthened the brand’s connection with its audience. – Active use of reels & stories to present products and strengthen trust.
Digital Marketing Strategy - The Results
Our digital marketing strategy brought impressive results in 2024, demonstrating the power of a personalized and innovative approach. Specifically:
– Visits (Sessions): Despite a 28% drop in visits (553,958 → 401,229), total sales increased dramatically.
– Total Sales: A 243% increase in sales was recorded, reaching from €141,837.37 to €486,484.28.
– Orders: Orders more than tripled (+203%), reaching from 264 to 799.
– Conversion Rate: Conversion rate skyrocketed by 277% (0.04% → 0.17%).
– Average Order Value (AOV): The average order value increased by 13.33% (€537.26 → €608.86).
Social Media Growth
Our social media efforts have also been remarkably successful:
– Epipla Grande followers increased by 103%, from 14,000 to 28,500.
– Enhancing engagement led to greater interaction with the audience and more organic sales.
