What is Orange Kosmima?
The Orange Kosmima is a unique jewelry store located in the heart of Peristeri, near the pedestrian street and in the area of Veaki. His space is exquisitely decorated with attention to detail to showcase the precious and unique jewelry he offers to his customers. His team includes the owner, Mr. Andreas Kourtis, and three other excellent employees, who serve customers with dedication and a smile.
How did we start working together?
Our collaboration with Orange Kosmima started in the summer of 2018, in a call that took place at around 8 in the evening of July. Mr. Kurtis was facing serious problems with his e-shop, which was built on Magento 1 and was malfunctioning, which had disappointed him. Despite the late hour, our team – Konstantinos Sklavounis, Christos Doutsos and Evangelia Sklavounis – were at the office, ready to listen and analyze the issues.
From the first moment, we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Kurtis, who explained to us in detail the problems of his previous cooperation and the difficulty he was facing. This was followed by our first appointment the next day, which lasted 2 hours and gave us the opportunity to present our services and discuss how we can enhance his business.
The Challenge
Mr. Kurtis, although disappointed with the previous cooperation, showed a strong desire for change and was looking for a solution that would provide security, reliability and technical support. We recognized that the first step in gaining his trust was to resolve the technical issues of the e-shop and assure him that his store would be upgraded immediately.
After 3 months, we managed to rebuild Magento 1 and, combined with the digital marketing strategy, sales, phone calls and visits to the physical store increased significantly. However, our journey did not stop there.
Switch from Magento 1 to Shopify
In mid-2022, given the limitations of Magento 2 for business needs, we proposed to move to modern Cloud CMS της Shopify. Although this decision was difficult, as the business had already invested in Magento and had developed a certain familiarity with the platform, the transition proved to be beneficial for the growth of the e-shop.
The new Shopify platform offered a more modern and user-friendly experience for the business, enabling faster management, better customer experience and increased results in both the e-shop and physical store.

Our cooperation with Orange Kosmima was not only limited to solving technical issues, but also significantly contributed to the increase of the clientele.
Our sound advertising strategy, combined with the store’s unique jewelry collection, has led to an increase in both online and offline sales.
Many new customers visited the physical store in Peristeri, reporting that they discovered it online, having already located the jewelry they were interested in.
